Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 10 July, 2025
This page retains the commercial intent of the current cancellation policy, including timing expectations for monthly and annual plans, usage-based billing treatment, and post-cancellation data handling.
Subscription cancellation
Monthly subscriptions should be canceled at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle. Annual plans should be canceled at least 30 days before renewal.
Access continues through the end of the current billing period, but unused time is not prorated for annual plans.
Usage-based services
Account cancellation stops future usage charges, but customers remain responsible for usage already incurred up to the cancellation time.
- Accrued usage charges remain payable
- Outstanding fees may be charged to the payment method on file
- Deleting the app or stopping usage does not count as formal cancellation
How to cancel
Customers may cancel through billing settings or by sending a formal request from their registered email to [email protected].
Post-cancellation handling
Cosmium may suspend or terminate accounts for policy, payment, or security reasons. Account data may be retained for a limited period after cancellation before permanent deletion under the privacy policy.
